Share Portal
TRIG’s registrar is Link Asset Services. They are able to assist shareholders with details concerning shareholdings, changes of address, missing share certificates, transfers of shares to other people and payments of dividends to a designated bank account. They also provide an online service via their Share Portal which allows users to manage their shareholder details, make proxy appointments and give voting instructions, as well as make alternative choices concerning how you receive information from the Company, as detailed below.
Access is available 24/7 and is free. To register you will need your Investor Code which can be found on recent communications from the Company, such as a tax voucher or share certificate.
E-Communications
TRIG offers shareholders the ability to elect to receive the Company’s statutory documents and other shareholder communications electronically through Link Asset Services’ Share Portal. When you register for the service, you can inform Link Asset Services of your preferred delivery format for such communications.
If you select ‘e-mail’ as your mailing preference, at the appropriate times each year you will be sent an email containing a link to a PDF of the relevant publication (e.g. Annual Report and Accounts, or Notice of Annual General Meeting), instead of postal notifications / delivery of the documentation. If you do not register to receive electronic shareholder communications then, subject to the next section, you will continue to receive paper documents.
Paperless Communications
A third communication option is available. This seeks to strike the balance of providing shareholders with a written notification of a new publication, whilst minimising the adverse environmental impact of printing and distributing paper copies of the same. The Company will send you such a notification by post whenever a new publication is made, inviting you to retrieve the relevant document/communication from the Company’s website.
On a six-monthly basis, the Chairman writes to new shareholders informing them that they will be deemed to consent to this paperless communication method unless they expressly inform the Company that they wish to continue receiving paper copies (by completing and returning a tear-off slip).
If you have not received such a letter as yet, or your preferences have changed, please either amend your settings in the Share Portal, or contact Link Asset Services so that they can update your records for you.
